One year ago I started this blog, and I talked about my 60th surprise party. What a memory that was. This year was more low key, we went out to dinner with family. It was such a relaxed evening. The kids were very well behaved, even though we sat at the restaurant for a couple of hours. As you can see by the pictures, Rocket kept himself occupied with a couple of straws. Then we started taking pictures of each other. Each grandchild wanted to take pictures of the other two. Thank goodness for digital cameras, and surprisingly many of them turned out. Rocket, Roxanne, Naomi and Matt made the flower that Elise is holding. Now I know that this is my birthday blog, and that must mean that I am a year older, but that is not what I am thinking about, I am just remembering a fun evening.
